Contact-form protection uses an encoded identifier derived from your IP address to count submissions and limit misuse.

Resend: enquiry email delivery

Our contact forms use Resend to send enquiry emails to our team. Resend processes the submitted contact details and message, including enquiry preferences and regional routing information, to provide email delivery. Vercel: website hosting

Vercel hosts this website and processes page requests and contact-form submissions. It also processes technical request and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service. See Vercel's Privacy Notice.

Upstash: contact-form protection

Upstash stores a submission counter linked to an encoded identifier derived from your IP address. The counter expires one hour after the first counted submission. Our contact-form protection does not send your name, email address, message or raw IP address to Upstash. See Upstash's Privacy Policy.

Optional analytics and marketing tools

The website supports Google Tag Manager for optional analytics and marketing tools. These tools load only when configured and after you grant the relevant cookie preference. Google Analytics is not currently enabled on this website. You can change your choices through Cookie preferences in the footer. YouTube: video playback

Some videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced player. The player loads only after you select Play video; choosing Watch on YouTube opens YouTube directly. Google may then process your IP address, browser information and playback activity under its Privacy Policy. Privacy-enhanced playback does not mean that no information is sent to Google.

5. Data Retention

We retain enquiry emails and business correspondence for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship and meet applicable legal or business requirements. The contact-form submission counter expires after one hour. Cookie preference choices are stored in your browser for up to one year, unless you clear or update them. Where password access is enabled for a website preview, its access cookie lasts up to 30 days.
